At PuppyPad, we want you and your pup to love your new look, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and accessories. If the fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
